All Sixteen Gardens

From daylilies and roses to hostas, hydrangeas, and azaleas — every section has its own cast of plants and its own season. Click any garden to see what's growing there.

Garden 1 — Front Garden

The Front Garden welcomes visitors with a balanced design of roses, dogwoods, and hydrangeas arranged in pairs for a classic garden look. A "Touch of Elegance" dogwood anchors the center, while seasonal flowers like daffodils, miniature irises, heucheras, and daylilies provide changing color throughout the year.

Garden 2 — Side Garden

A romantic, semi-shaded garden threaded with climbing clematis, graceful lilies, and cottage-style perennials.

Garden 3 — Lilies & Red Rose Garden

A garden anchored by a graceful Weeping Cherry, filled with roses, clematis, coneflowers, and colorful perennials for three seasons of beauty.

Garden 4 — Rose Garden

A fragrant showcase of named hybrid tea roses, grandifloras, and shrub roses, underplanted with catmint, lamb's ear, and seasonal perennials.

Garden 5

A sun-drenched garden just southwest of the Rose Garden, packed with named daylily cultivars, roses, and white coneflowers.

Garden 6 — Little Betty's Garden

Garden closest to the blackberries. My most recently developed garden. Has a variety of beautiful plants including Proven Winners' El Nino Desert Orchid tree and of course the Little Betty statue.

Garden 8

A cheerful summer garden with daylilies, white coneflowers, and the striking purple berries of Pearl Glam Beautyberry.

Garden 9

A cottage-style garden with daylilies, pink phlox, clematis, rudbeckia, and the bold blooms of a Texas Lilac Tree.

Garden 10 — Birdhouse Garden

A vibrant, wildlife-friendly garden overflowing with color — from tropical cannas and fragrant roses to pollinator-magnet perennials — all season long.

Garden 11 — Hydrangea Garden

A lush layered garden anchored by oakleaf and climbing hydrangeas, with daylilies, hostas, astilbe, and a Miss Molly Butterfly Bush.

Garden 12 — Hosta Garden

A serene shade garden showcasing an exceptional collection of hostas — from bold architectural giants to delicate miniatures — each chosen for its unique color, texture, and character.

Garden 13

A richly planted garden with dozens of daylily cultivars alongside irises, gladiolas, a Casa Blanca lily, camellia, and a Bloomerang Lilac.

Garden 14 — North Garden

The North Garden is one of the largest and most diverse areas of the garden, home to hundreds of named daylily cultivars in a wide range of colors and forms. Mixed among them are roses, hydrangeas, lilies, and many perennial favorites, creating a vibrant display that changes from early spring through late summer.

Garden 15 — Hydrangea & Peonies

Hydrangea Haven is a peaceful bed centered around lush hydrangeas, including mountain and oakleaf varieties, framed by Texas lilacs and ribbons of variegated grass. Tucked among them are two beloved peonies — the deep red Paul M. Wild and the soft pink Shirley Temple — that bring beautiful spring blooms.

Garden 16 — Azalea & Rhododendrons

A springtime showstopper featuring azaleas and rhododendrons in full bloom, with rich evergreen structure throughout the year.
